Counselors

 Acre – Rosana Cavalcante dos Santos
Graduated in Agronomic Engineering and specialist in Tropical Fruticulture by the Federal University of Acre (Ufac). Holds specialization in Environmental Engineering and Public Health from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master and PhD in Agronomy from the Júlio de Mesquita Filho Paulista State University (UNESP). Professor at the Federal Institute of Acre (Ifac) since 2010, she has worked at campuses Sena Madureira, Baixada do Sol and Rio Branco. She coordinated graduate programs and, at Campus Rio Branco, she was the Research, Innovation and Extension Coordinator. She worked setting up the Center of Studies and Extension in Agroecology of Acre (NeeAcre) and the Technological Vocational Center of Reference in Agroecology and Organic Production of Acre (CVT Agroecologia). In April 2014, became pro tempore rector and in 2015 she was elected rector of IFAC. Nowadays she coordinates the Research & Innovation Thematic Discussion Group of Conif. At Acre State, she led relevant projects in the Environment Institute of Acre (Imac) and at the Environment Secretariat (Sema). She is an environmental expert from the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture of Rio Grande do Norte (Crea-RN).
 
Alagoas – Carlos Guedes de Lacerda
Mr. Lacerda has an MA in Education and a first degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), a specialization degree in Public Administration from the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR), and a Law degree from the Maceió University Center (CESMAC). For 25 years, he has taught at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, where, in the past four years, he has also served as Pro-rector for Institutional Development and Deputy Rector. In addition, he has been Head of Laboratory and Head of Department, Academic and Extension Coordinator, and, for two terms, Director General of the Palmeira dos Índios campus. In addition to his role as IFAL Rector for the 2019-2023 term, he is also the current Deputy Chairman of the Alagoas Research Support Foundation (FAPEAL). 
 
Amapá – Marialva do Socorro Ramalho de Almeida
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). She worked in the public school system from the early childhood education to graduate school. In 2006 and 2007, she worked at the Federal Institute of Pará (IFPA), when she became part of the implementation team of the Federal Institute of Amapá (Ifap). In March 2011, she became pro-rector of Extension. From 2012 to 2014, she was elected Forproext (Extension of pro-rectors forum) coordinator. She was responsible for the local implementation of federal programs such as One Thousand Women and the National Program of Access to Technical Learning and Employment (Pronatec). In June 2014, she led on the general-direction at Campus Macapá. Winner of the first electoral process of Ifap, she took office in 2015.
 
Amazonas – Antonio Venâncio Castelo Branco
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam). He holds a degree in Civil Construction from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Paraná (Cefet-PR) and a post-graduation in Building Installations from Federal Center of Technological Education of Minas Gerais (Cefet-MG). He holds a PhD degree from Universidad de la Empresa (UDE), in Montevideo, Uruguay. He has been a government officer for over 20 years. In his path at the Federal Technical School of Amazonas (ETFAM), the Federal Center of Technological Education of Amazonas (CEFET/AM) and the Federal Institute of Amazonas (Ifam), he held positions such as Educational Manager at the Federal Technical School of Amazonas (Etfam), Director of Education, General Vice-director at Cefet/AM, Pro-rector of Learning and Institutional Development. Before his nomination as rector, on March 10, 2015, he assumed the role of pro tempore rector for nine months. He was Conif’s Director of Institutional Relations in 2016. 
 
Bahia – Renato da Anunciação Filho
Doctor in Education and master in Vocational Pedagogy from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Expert in Electric and Electronic Industrial Systems and in Methodology of Higher Education. Former student of the Federal Technical School of Bahia (ETFBA) in the technical course of Power Engineering (1983-1985). He attended classes at the university and the technical school at the same period. In 1986, he became teacher of Electricity at the Federal Technical School of Bahia. In 2006, he was nominated Planning Coordinator of the Federal Center of Technological Education of Bahia (Cefet-BA). In 2008, he became Director of Managing and Planning of the center. In 2009, he was nominated Pro-Rector in the same area. He was elected rector of the Federal Institute of Bahia (IFBA) in 2014.
 
Baiano – Geovane Barbosa do Nascimento
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and a PhD in Agronomy from the Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ). He joined the Federal Network of Vocational Education, in 2005, as a teacher of the Decentralized Unit of Morrinhos (CEFET Urutaí-GO). Since 2010, he is part of the teaching staff at Campus Uruçuca (IF Baiano). He has taught various subjects in the field of agricultural sciences, in different levels of education. He has guided dozens of students in internship activities, research and extension projects. He has published several articles in indexed magazines and contributed to significant fundraising activities. He was the Coordinator of Technical Courses in Farming, Agriculture, Husbandry, Agribusiness and Food of Field Educational Units and Research & Innovation. Nowadays, he is the rector of Federal Institute Baiano (IF Baiano).
 
Brasília – Luciana Miyoko Massukado
Ms. Massukado has a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Urban Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSC), as well as a PhD in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the Engineering College of São Carlos – University of São Paulo (USP). In 2009, she began teaching at the Federal Institute of Brasilia (IFB), where she later held the positions of Research Coordinator, Administrative Director and Pro-Rector for Institutional Development and Research & Innovation. At the IFB, she designed and led two major projects: ConectaIF (ConnectIF), and Meninas na Ciência (Girls in Science). Before joining the IFB, she had worked at the National Health Foundation (FUNASA), the Catholic University of Brasilia (UCB) and the Institute for Applied Economic Research (IPEA), where she helped to develop the National Solid Waste Management Plan. 
 
Catarinense – Sônia Regina de Souza Fernandes
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Planalto Catarinense (UNIPLAC). Master and PhD in Education from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS/RS). She fulfilled her sandwich Ph.D. from the Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education at the University of Porto (UP), in Portugal. Professor and researcher with experience in the fields of Basic and Higher Education, Pedagogical Policies and Processes in Education and Teacher Training. She has been teaching at Catarinense Federal Institute (IFC) where she was the institutional coordinator of the Initiation to Science Scholarships Program (Pibid) and coordinated the sector of Higher Education from 2012 to 2015. Nowadays she is IFC’s rector and coordinator of the Education Thematic Discussion Group.  
 
Ceará – Virgílio Augusto Sales Araripe
Civil Engineer from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR), master in Geography at the Júlio de Mesquita Filho Paulista State University (UNESP) and Edifications technician at the Technical Federal School of Ceará (ETFCE). Professor of the Federal Institute of Ceará (Ifce), since 1982, when he began to teach at the Department of Civil Construction of Campus Fortaleza. In the institution, he occupied the positions of Management and Planning Director, Business Relations Director, General Director, Management and Planning Pro-Rector. He is the current rector.

Espírito Santo – Jadir José Pela
He has a Full Degree in Industrial Techniques from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (Ufes), a Master's Degree in Agricultural Education from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and a doctorate degree in Plant Production from the Northern Fluminense State University Darcy Ribeiro (UENF). He served as general director of the Federal Technical School of Espírito Santo (ETFES) and the Federal Center for Technological Education of Espírito Santo (Cefet-ES). He was president of the Council of Directors of the Federal Centers of Technological Education of Brazil (CONCEFET) and coordinated, as pro-tempore rector, the transformation of Cefet-ES into Ifes. Basic education, technical and technological professor of the Ifes, he worked mainly in the professional education, science, technology and innovation areas. He was elected to Ifes rector's position in November 2017.
 
Farroupilha – Carla Comerlato Jardim
She holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Catholic Pontifical University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS). She has Pedagogical Training and Specialization in School Organization by the Alegrete Educational Foundation (RS). She holds a master's degree in Agricultural Education from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and a PhD degree in Animal Husbandry from the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel). She was a professor at the Agrotechnical Federal School of Alegrete and director of the unit from 2003 to 2011, as well as a rector of IFFar from 2012 to 2016.
 
Fluminense – Jefferson Manhães de Azevedo
Jefferson Manhães de Azevedo has a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Master of Science in Informatics and PhD in Systems Engineering and Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). As an educational manager, he participated in the transformation of the Federal Technical School of Campos at the Federal Center of Technological Education (Cefet), now called Fluminense Federal Institute (IFF). He began his path at IFF as a teacher, going through the coordination of the computerization area of administrative and academic processes. He has held positions such as Assistant Director-General, Director and Dean of Research and Graduate Studies. For five years, he has led the management of Campus Campos Centro. He was elected rector in December 2015. 
 
Goiano – Vicente Pereira de Almeida
As a student of the technical course of Agriculture and Cattle Raising, at the age of 17, he entered the former Agriculture School of Rio Verde and, since then, his path was built around Vocational Education. In August 1981, he was hired as a teacher at the Federal Agrotechnical School of Rio Verde. He went through several administrative functions. In 2005, he was elected general-director of the Federal Center of Technological Education Rio Verde (CEFET-Rio Verde). In this role, he participated actively in the creation of the Goiano Federal Institute (IF Goiano). He took the Institutional Development pro-rector function in 2009, a position he held until 2011, when elected rector of the institution for the management term of 2012-2015. Nowadays, on his second term, he will remain the rector of IF Goiano until 2019. 
 
Goiás – Jerônimo Rodrigues da Silva
He joined the Federal Technical School of Goiás in 1984, where he held several positions: Coordinator of Chemistry and Biology, Coordinator of Education, Director General of the Jataí Decentralized Education Unit, Director of Business and Community Relations, Member of the Permanent Commission of Teaching Personnel and of the Board of Directors of the Federal Center of Technological Education of Rio Verde, current Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG). He was Administrative Director of the Uruaçu campus and at the Luziânia campus he was the General Director. As a member of the Superior Council of the IFG, he supported the establishment of campuses Formosa, Anápolis and Águas Lindas. He was pro-rector of Institutional Development. In 2016, he was vice president of Conif.

Mato Grosso –  Willian Silva de Paula
Graduated in Languages from Cuiaba Integrated College (FIC) and a holds a master’s degree in Education from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). As a teacher, he joined the Federal Agrotechnical School of Cuiabá (EAF / Cuiabá-MT) in 1996, where he worked as Pedagogical Coordinator, chief of staff and teaching director. At the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso (IFMT), he was the pro-rector of Teaching, the pro tempore director of the campuses Confresa and Lucas do Rio Verde. In December 2016, he was elected IFMT rector.
 
Mato Grosso do Sul – Luiz Simão Staszczak
He holds a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), a Master's degree in Technology from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR) and a degree in Mathematics, specialized in Physics and Statistics from Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG). First rector elected by the academic community at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS), he has been in office since December 2015. He was part of the permanent staff of the former Federal Center of Technological Education of Paraná (Cefet-PR), now called Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR) where he held the following positions: coordinator of the Teaching Division, Teaching Director, Manager of Teaching, Research & Extension and General Director of the Ponta Grossa campus. He was Municipal Secretary of Professional Qualification of Ponta Grossa and other activities related to teaching and research. He has been with IFMS since 2010, where he was director-general of the Três Lagoas and Corumbá campuses. From 2013 to 2015, he was at the forefront of the Research, Innovation & Postgraduate Pro-Rectory until he became rector of the institution.

 
Maranhão – Francisco Roberto Brandão Ferreira
He holds a master and doctorate degree in Geography and Analysis of Spatial Information with Geoprocessing Techniques from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA). Professor at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (IFMA) since 1990. Nowadays, he is the rector at IFMA, reelected to administration of the 2016-2020 term. During his professional path at the Federal Center of Technological Education of Maranhão (Cefet-MA) and IFMA, he performed the following duties: Head of the Administration Department, Administration Director, Head of the Center for Planning and Development, Planning Coordinator, Pro-Rector of Planning & Administration. At Conif he was coordinator of the Forum of Pro-Rectors of Planning & Administration (Forplan), coordinator of the Administration Thematic Discussion Group and he is the current President of Conif. 
 
Minas Gerais – Kléber Gonçalves Glória
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Languages, a master degree in Environment and Sustainability and a PhD in Public Management. He studied the following specializations: Environmental Management in Agricultural Systems, Public Management and Teaching Methodology. He began his career as a government official at the Agrotechnical School of São João Evangelista (EAFSJE) in 1984, when he took over the position of Management Assistant. In 1992, he started to teach at the Federal Agrotechnical School of Salinas (EAFSalinas). In 1993, he returned to EAFSJE, currently the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG), where he was General-Director for two consecutive terms (2003-2007 and 2007-2011) and he had two other positions as Director of Management & Planning, and Director of Education. He was also a member of the executive board of the Council of Federal Agrotechnical Schools (CONEAF). He is the rector of IFMG during the 2015 to 2019 term.
 
Norte de Minas Gerais – José Ricardo Martins da Silva
He obtained his veterinarian degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), as well as a master and doctor degree in Husbandry from the Federal University of Lavras (Ufla). He holds a degree in Special Pedagogical Training for Teachers from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Paraná (Cefet/PR). Expert in Public Management from the National School of Public Administration (Enap) and Pig and Poultry Production from (Ufla). He was the General-Director at Campus Montes Claros of the Federal Institute of Norte de Minas Gerais (IFNMG). He is the IFNMG rector, elected in 2012 and reelected in 2016.  
 
Pará – Cláudio Alex Jorge da Rocha
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Data Processing from the University of Amazônia (Unama). He is an expert in Software Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Computational Mathematics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis in Applied Computation from UFPA. He was the Director of Computational Support at the Company of Data Processing of the State of Pará (Prodepa). Nowadays, he is a professor and rector of the Federal Institute of Pará (IFPA). He was the coordinator of Conif’s Institucional Development Thematic Discussion Group and he is the current Financial Director of Conif. 

Paraíba – Cícero Nicácio do Nascimento Lopes
He holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and doctorate in Languages from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Nowadays, he is the rector at the Federal Institute of Paraíba (IFPB), where he teaches. He is the coordinator of Conif’s People Management Thematic Discussion Group. He has experience in Brazilian literature working mainly on the following topics: Brazilian literature, chronicles, intertextuality, blackness and comparative literature. He has two published literary chronicles.
 
Paraná – Odacir Antonio Zanatta
He holds a master degree and doctorate in Agronomy from the State University of Maringá (UEM). He is a professor at the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) since 2009. He acted as Director of Education, Research & Extension and Coordinator of the technical courses in Agribusiness and Agroecology. He was the general-director at campus Umuarama. He is currently pro-tempore rector of IFPR.
 
Pernambuco – Anália Keila Rodrigues Ribeiro
She joined the Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE) in 1994. Since then, besides teaching, she was the Director of Education and Student Assistance, as well as pro-rector of Teaching and Research, Post-Graduation and Innovation. She holds a degree in Languages from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), a master’s degree in Education and a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). She was elected by the academic community of IFPE to hold the position of rector in December 2015 and took office in April 2016.
 
Piauí – Paulo Henrique Gomes de Lima
He holds a degree in Land Surveying Engineering from the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) and is an expert in Educational Evaluation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Development from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and a doctorate in Geography from Paulista State University (Unesp). He is a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Piauí (IFPI), where, besides teaching in technical, graduate and postgraduate courses, he exercised the functions of Higher Education Director and pro-rector of Education at IFPI. Elected in 2013, currently holds the position of rector.

Rio de Janeiro – Paulo Roberto de Assis Passos
Rector at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ), where he is a Chemistry professor since 1987. He participated in the establishment of committees and coordinated the technical courses in Environment and higher education courses of Technology in Environmental Management. He also coordinated the extension activities. He is a PhD in Energy Planning from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Engineering. 
 
Rio Grande do Sul – Osvaldo Casares Pinto
Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) he joined the Federal Network in 1983. From 2005 to 2009 he was the general-director at the Industrial Technical School (CTI). From 2009 to 2013, he was  the general-director of Campus Rio Grande at IFRS. In the same year, he took over the Pro-Rectorate of Institutional Development, remaining in the position until 2016, when he took office as rector. He holds a Master Degree and doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Catholic Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio Grande (Furg) and has specialization in Civil Engineering from the same institution. He completed the technical course in Power Engineering at CTI. 
 
Rio Grande do Norte – Wyllys Farkatt Tabosa
He joined the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) in 1995, as a professor of Unit Mossoró, previously called Federal Technical School of Rio Grande do Norte (ETFRN). In 2000 he undertook his first position as manager, in the Planning Coordination. From 2004 to 2006, he coordinated the higher education course of Environment. In 2007, he was at the forefront of the Academic Department of Technological Management of the Currais Novos Unit. In 2008, he became Director of Business Relations that, with the move to IFRN, it became pro-rectory of Extension and so he became the pro-rector. In 2012, he undertook the Pro-Rectory of Planning and Institutional Development, position he occupied until April 2016, when sworn in rector. He is the current coordinator of Conif’s Extension Thematic Discussion Group. 
 
Rondônia – Uberlando Tiburtino Leite
He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), expert in Public Administration from the National School of Public Administration (Enap), Master’s degree in Plant Production from Ceará Federal University (UFC) and doctorate in Plant Production from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). He represented the agronomy students during his professional training, chairing the Academic Directory of Agronomy at the Center of Agrarian Sciences of UFPB. He joined the Federal Institute of Rondônia (Ifro) in 2004 as a professor at the Colorado do Oeste campus. In the institution, he held the following positions: general-coordinator of Production and Research, general-director of campus Ariquemes, member of the Board of Governors and in 2013 he took over the Pro-Rectory of Research, Innovation and Graduate Studies. Currently he is the rector of Ifro and coordinator of Conif’s Administration Thematic Discussion Group. 
 
Roraima – Sandra Mara Botelho
She holds a degree in Languages with a major in Portuguese and English from the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) and a master’s degree in Education from the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam). As a teacher, she joined the Federal Institute of Roraima (IFRR) in the 1980’s. In recent years, until becoming rector in 2016, she worked as an International Relations Advisor and representative at the National Coordination of the Program English without Borders.
 
Santa Catarina – Maria Clara Kaschny Schneider
She has been a professor at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC) since 1990, teaching at campus Florianópolis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a Master's degree and doctorate in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). She was the director and pro-rector of Postgraduate, Research and Innovation, before becoming the first female elected rector at the institution. In 2015, she was re-elected to the 2016–2020 term. She gained experience as a member of the National Commission of Evaluation for Higher Education (Conaes) and the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Initiation (Conaic).She integrates the Governance Council of the Santa Catarina Movement for Education. She is the current Director of Institutional Relations at Conif.
 
São Paulo – Eduardo Antônio Modena
Doctoral student of Civil Engineering at the University of Campinas (Unicamp), the rector of the Federal Institute of São Paulo, (IFSP) was a student at the Federal Technical School of São Paulo, where he became Technician in Edifications in 1976. He has been a professor in the area of Civil Construction since 1986. Between 1993 and 1994, he was the coordinator at Federal Technical School of São Paulo (ETFSP). He helped implement campus Caraguatatuba and took over the unit’s educational management.
 
Sergipe – Ruth Sales Gama de Andrade
Professor Ruth de Andrade, Rector of the Sergipe Federal Institute, has a PhD in Chemistry from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). After obtaining her Technical Degree in Chemistry from the old Sergipe Federal Technical College – currently the Sergipe Federal Institute (IFS) – she started working as a teacher at the same institution, where she also served as Research Coordinator, Pro-Rector for Research and Innovation and Coordinator of the Technological Innovation Unit. She held the position of Pro-Rector for Research and Extension until October 2018, when she was elected Rector of the IFS for a four-year term. She has also been a deputy Councilor at Senai and Senac.
 
Sertão Pernambucano – Maria Leopoldina Veras Camelo
She holds a degree in Chemistry from Ceará State University (UECE) as well as a master and doctor degree in Organic Chemistry from Ceará Federal University (UFC). She is a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sertão Pernambucano (IF Sertão-PE) since 2007. She has experience in the field of Chemistry, with emphasis in Chemistry Education, Teacher Training and Chemistry of Natural Products. 
 
Sudeste de Minas Gerais – Charles Okama de Souza
Charles Okama de Souza holds a degree in Accounting and a master degree in Public Administration from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). Since 2007 he is a professor at the Federal Institute of the Southeast of Minas Gerais (IF Sudeste MG). He coordinated the Institutional Expansion and e-Tec Brasil programs, besides holding the position of Pro-rector of Administration. He took office as rector of the institution in April 2017.
 
Sul de Minas Gerais – Marcelo Bregagnoli
He started his career as a teacher at the Federal Institute of Sul de Minas (IF Sul de Minas) in 1997, previously called Federal Agrotechnical School of Muzambinho. He is a technician in Agriculture and Cattle Raising and licensed in Agricultural Sciences from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and Master in Phytotechny at the same institution. He holds a Doctor Degree in Agronomy from the Superior School of Agriculture Luiz de Queiroz at the University of São Paulo (Esalq/SP). At IF Sul de Minas, he taught technical courses of Agriculture and Cattle Raising, Agribusiness, Agronomical Engineering and Specialization in Coffee-Growing. He organized technical-scientific events such as the National Congress of Environment in Poços de Caldas (2010), the Integrated Systems Symposium on Sustainable Agricultural Production (2014), the Brazilian Agriculture and Cattle Raising Olympics (2011 to 2015) and the International Earth Sciences Olympics (2015). From 2010 to 2014, he worked as pro-rector of Research, Post-graduation and Innovation, elected rector to the term 2014-2018. He is the current coordinator of the Agricultural Education of Conif’s Thematic Discussion Group. 

Sul-rio-grandense – Flávio Luís Barbosa Nunes
Holds a Master in Education from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Technologist in Data Processing by the Catholic University of Pelotas (UCPel). He has a specialization in Informatics, by the Federal Center of Technological Education of Paraná (Cefet-PR), and  in Continued and Distance Education, by the University of Brasília (UnB). He started his career at the Federal Institute Sul-rio-grandense (IFSul) in 1992, as a teacher. In the rectory, between 2009 and 2015, he served as advisor, executive director and vice-rector. He was elected head of the institution in 2017.
 
Tocantins – Francisco Nairton do Nascimento
Agronomical engineer, licensed in Agricultural Sciences and master in Phytotechny from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ), he joined the federal public service as a teacher, in 1993, at the Federal Agrotechnical School of Araguatins (EAFA), now campus Araguatins of the Federal Institute of Tocantins (IFTO). In 2004, he was elected general-director at the EAFA of Alegre, reelected in 2008. He was elected rector of IFTO in 2009, reelected in 2013.
 
Triângulo Mineiro – Roberto Gil Rodrigues Almeida
Doctor in Soil Science from the Paulista State University (Unesp), he holds a master degree in Agricultural Education from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and holds a degree in Physical Education from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). He was a professor at the Federal Agrotechnical School of Uberaba (Eafu), where he coordinated the sectors of Sport & Leisure and Human, Sports & Recreation Relations. He presided the Staff Association (Afeagro) and the National Union of Staff of Basic and Vocational Education (Sinasefe/Uberaba). He coordinated the Educating Customer Service and the Business and Community Relations at the Federal Center of Technological Education (Cefet-Uberaba). He presided the Permanent Commission of Teachers, the Permanent Commission of Selective Process and the Management Commission of the Student Assistance Program. In the Federal Institute of Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM), he was the pro-rector of Extension and substitute rector. He has been a Rector since 2012. He coordinated the Extension Chamber of Conif.  Nowadays he is Conif’s Vice President.
 
Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais – Flávio Antônio dos Santos
Civil Engineer and Master in Engineering of Structures from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), he is a Doctor in Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with a sandwich doctorate from the University of Edinburgh. Visitor at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where he developed a project in the field of Construction and Environment. General-director of the Federal Center of Technological Education at Minas Gerais (Cefet-MG), where he teaches in undergraduate and master's degrees in Engineering.
 
Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica do Rio de Janeiro – Carlos Henrique Figueiredo Alves
He is the General-director of the Federal Center of Technological Education Celso Suckow da Fonseca (Cefet/RJ) since 2011, holding office for the second term (2015-2019). Previously, he was the vice-director during the management term of 2007-2011. He is a professor at Cefet/RJ since 1991, where he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering (Depel). At the institution, he held the following positions: principal of Depel, member of the Board of Directors, member of the Education Council, president of the Departmental Council, graduation professor in Electrical Engineering and nowadays he teaches at Graduate Program in Electrical Engineering. He holds an Electronical Engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), as well as a Master and Doctor degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He was a visiting professor at the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) where he finished his post doctorate.
 
Colégio Pedro II (RJ) – Oscar Halac
Rector of Pedro II School, he has joined the institution in 1981 and was responsible for the implementation of the School Expansion Plan, implementing the campuses São Cristóvão III, Realengo, Niterói and Duque de Caxias. He has managed the campuses of Tijuca II and Duque de Caxias, parallel to the implantation of campus Realengo. Chemistry teacher, he holds a Master degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is an expert in Education (School Administration).
